What Sabiyo is

Sabiyo is an AI study companion and exam-preparation platform. It provides practice, licensed past-question study on eligible plans, an AI tutor, Daily five, notes and goals on eligible plans, study groups, WhatsApp exam coaching, and related tools. Sabiyo is not a school, not an examination body, and not an agent of WAEC, NECO, JAMB, any university, polytechnic, college, or other institution. Exam names are used only to describe the kind of practice a student may choose.

Nothing on Sabiyo is an official paper, an official mark, a promise of a score, an admission offer, a scholarship, or employment. Examination bodies and schools remain the sole authority for their rules, syllabuses, timetables and results. Where Sabiyo shows a published admission minimum, it is displayed only when a source has published that figure; meeting a published figure is not an offer of admission.

Accounts

You must provide a name and email address that are yours, and complete the confirmation step before the account is created. You are responsible for your password, authenticator codes, linked WhatsApp number, and all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@sabiyo.ng if you believe someone else is using it. We may refuse, suspend, or close an account that breaches these terms, that we cannot verify, or that puts the service or other people at risk. Closing an account does not, by itself, entitle you to a refund.

Acceptable use

You agree that you will not:

• use Sabiyo to cheat in a live official exam, test, or assessment, or share answers during one;
• copy, scrape, resell, or republish the service, question banks, or AI output, except for your own private study;
• upload material you do not have the right to upload, including textbook pages or papers you do not own;
• probe, overload, or bypass limits, authentication, or payment checks;
• share your login, or use another person’s account without their authority;
• post unlawful, harassing, or deceptive content in a group, a note, WhatsApp message to the coach, or a message to us;
• attempt to make the AI ignore its rules or produce harmful content.

We may remove content and limit or end access when we believe a rule has been broken. We have no duty to monitor every message, and we are not liable for content a user posts.

Study content, AI tutor and WhatsApp coaching

Practice items, explanations, readiness views, tutor replies, and WhatsApp coach messages are study aids. They can be incomplete or incorrect. You must verify anything important against a source you trust. You are solely responsible for how you use an answer, including in an exam or an application.

Past questions, where your plan includes them, are supplied for study through a licensed content partner. We do not claim that a question is an official copy, and we do not warrant that a year, school, or wording matches a paper an exam body printed.

Ask Sabiyo explains how the website works. It is not the academic tutor and it is not professional, legal, or medical advice. WhatsApp coaching uses the same account and plan rules as the web app; delivery depends on WhatsApp availability and your connected number.

Plans, groups and PrepCoins

Features and daily limits are those of the plan shown when you join or upgrade. Free access is a limited allowance, not a promise that every tool is included. A paid period runs for the month, term, semester, or year you chose and ends at the close of that period in Lagos time. A group pack covers the number of seats you paid for. The person who creates the group is responsible for who they invite. Members are responsible for what they post.

PrepCoins are bonus credits inside Sabiyo. They are not money, not a bank balance, and not transferable or withdrawable. A friend’s code and a redemption do only what the product states at the time you use them. We may correct a balance that resulted from an error, abuse, or a reversal. Unused credits have no cash value when an account closes.

Fees and payments

Prices are shown before you pay and are charged in naira through Paystack, unless a page states otherwise. You authorise the charge for the plan or group pack you select. Paystack’s terms apply to the payment transaction. We do not receive or store your full card number.

Digital access is delivered when the paid period is opened on the account. Fees are not refundable once that period has started, except where the law requires a refund or where we, at our sole discretion, agree one in writing. A payment that never succeeds does not open a plan. Taxes, if any, are your responsibility unless checkout states they are included. We may change future prices by showing the new price before the next purchase. A price change does not alter a period you have already paid for.

Your content

You retain ownership of notes, messages and photos you submit. You grant us a licence to host, display and process that material only so we can operate Sabiyo for you and, where you posted it in a group, for members of that group. You confirm that you have the rights needed to submit it. We may remove material that breaches these terms. A photo sent for tutor marking is deleted within 24 hours.

Availability

Sabiyo is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may change, pause, or withdraw a feature, a limit, or the whole service, including for maintenance, supplier outages, messaging-provider outages, abuse, or a legal reason. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular exam sitting. An installed home-screen icon loads the live site and can change when the site changes.

Disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, or statutory, including warranties of accuracy, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement. We do not warrant any score, grade, admission, or other outcome. AI output, practice items, WhatsApp coach messages, and third-party feeds are not advice and are not a statement of fact by Smartway IT Solutions Limited.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Smartway IT Solutions Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive loss, or for any loss of marks, admission, data, profit, goodwill, or opportunity, whether or not we were told it was possible, and whether the claim is in contract, tort, or otherwise.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, our total liability for all claims arising out of Sabiyo in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you actually paid to us for Sabiyo in the three months before the claim. If you paid nothing in that period, that total liability is zero.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that applicable law does not allow to be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud. Subject to that sentence, the exclusions and caps in this section are the full extent of our responsibility.

Indemnity

You will indemnify and hold harmless Smartway IT Solutions Limited and its directors, officers, employees, and suppliers from claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising out of your content, your misuse of Sabiyo, your breach of these terms, or your violation of someone else’s rights. We may control the defence of a claim that this section covers, and you will cooperate with that defence.

Third-party services

Paystack, Google, WhatsApp / Meta, an app-install prompt, and any exam body or school you deal with are separate from us. Their terms and privacy notices govern your use of them. We are not liable for their acts, outages, or decisions.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. The courts of Nigeria have jurisdiction. Before filing a claim, you will email support@sabiyo.ng and allow 30 days for us to attempt resolution. A failure by us to enforce a term is not a waiver of that term.

Changes and entire agreement

We may update these terms by posting a new version on this page with a new date. If you continue using Sabiyo after that date, you accept the updated terms to the extent the law allows. These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement for the service. If a provision cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. You may not assign your account. We may assign these terms as part of a reorganisation or sale of the service.
